Sailscope leverages various AI services, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases. These services are typically charged on a consumption (usage) basis, usually charging for input / output tokens.
Therefore Sailscope follows a hybrid pricing model with:
- a base monthly subscription fee providing access to the platform, and
- a usage-based fee for consumption of AI-services
Managing Subscription
To manage your subscription - open User Settings
Then go to Subscription tab
Select the plan you want to purchase. Please note that for billing - we currently use Stripe, so all your Payment / Credit Card information are not stored with us and secured by secure Stripe platform.
Once subscribed to a paid plan - your credit card will be automatically charged by Stripe every month on the same date. We will also send you an invoice / receipt by email.

Allocated Usage Credits
Sailscope works on a pre-paid basis. Upon sign-up and subscription activation / renewal - your account will get usage credits allocated. You can see available credits in Settings → Usage tab.
On-Demand Top-Up
You can always buy additional usage credits. Simply top-up your account. This will initiate a one-time payment through Stripe.
Note that usage credits from top-up are used only if there are no other credits available and they also do not expire.
Tracking Consumption
AI-services consumption is logged and tracked on a real-time basis. You can monitor consumption in Settings → Usage tab.
