Managing Knowledge Library

What is Library?

Knowledge Library accumulates all the knowledge that is powering the intelligence behind Sailscope’s AI Agents.

It allows you to define information about your Company as well as the catalog of your **Products **ans services that you sell.

Every entry in the library can contain the mix of structured and unstructured data.

So if you have any PDF, DOCX, PPTX files that provide additional context - make sure to upload them in the attachments section.

How is the Content exposed to AI Agents?

To feed AI Agents with the context relevant for your company - Sailscope uses a standard technique called Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

That’s why the Company and Product Information that you have defined earlier need to be indexed in a vector database. This can be triggered with so-called indexing job, which chunk large pieces of content and generate so called “embeddings” - their numeric representations of semantic meaning.

To start the indexing job - select All Content option and click Start Indexing.

The job should complete within few minutes (depending on the size of your content).

Upon content updates - the information that has been updated need to be re-indexed into the vector store. In these cases - you can start a job using “Unindexed Only” option.
