How to respond to customer inquiry?
Simply describe customer request (or upload files received from the customer) on the app home page and click upload

Step 1 - Summarisation
Upon request creation - our AI Service performs inquiry summarisation - extracting key information from the attached files.

Step 2 - Qualification
Although it’s not a necessary step - Sailscope allows to perform request qualification.
This happens in a “conversational” pattern using Qualification Agent that compares requirements included in the customer inquiry against company knowledge (and in certain cases it can ask clarification questions).

The result of qualification can be used as a suggestions to pre-sales teams highlighting strengths and potential issues, however it can also be used as a gate and probability evaluator in the funnel analytics.
